  • Press “Add wine” and then “Custom wine”

    You can add as many locations you prefer, in three levels of folders.

Advanced analytics

  • Advanced analytics require a subscription that includes Liv-ex data. It is available from $100 USD pr month + $50 USD pr month.

  • Yes - we are partnering with Liv-ex to provide the world’s most accurate market data.

Point of Sales (POS) Integrations

  • Send us an email describing which POS system you use, and which account is connected to your cellar. hello@vinify.no

  • We are integrated with Lightspeed, and have multiple lined up in the future. Please get in touch if you have requests. hello@vinify.no

  • Yes we do. You set the glass size, and the total volume in stock of the wine is reduced by that amount when selling BTG.

Stock count

  • Yes you can via our iOS and Android app.

  • All old counts are saved in the cloud and accessible.

Wine list

  • Select the wine list tab on the left hand of the cellar overview on a desktop computer.

    The wine list will generate in a few seconds based on the wines in your cellar.

    Hover the mouse over the finished PDF and press the download button.

  • Yes, you can customize the sorting, font, logo, title, footer and more.

    Soon you will be able to sort every category and subcategory as you wish in a new release.

  • The easiest way is to open the wine list, and in the bottom right corner you have a “Share live link” button. Open it and copy the link. The link can be pasted to your website or shared with friends.

    This link will take them to an online version of the wine list, which is always updated based on the contents of your cellar.
