How it works
In practice, you’ll handle every part of your wine program in Vinify.
Add a wine to your Vinify cellar and it will show up in your POS automatically, ready for sale
Wines in the POS are now organized in groups/folders just like you’d expect. It’s ready to go out of the box.
Sell the wine as usual in the POS. The transaction is recorded in Vinify, and inventory is updated
Manage prices, names and categories all in Vinify - automatically synced with the POS
By the glass sales supported
You can sell any bottle and any glass in your POS.
Set the default glass size in Vinify and the right amount is subtracted from your cellar for every sale.
You can also set special glass sizes (such as smaller glasses for a fortified wine or a Coravin wine for example) so the quantity remaining in the cellar is just right.

The process can take as little as 15 minutes, but we make sure to arrange the integration on a specific date and time that suits you.
