Vinify for restaurants Product Description

The basic product

Available for all paying restaurants and wine bars using Vinify. Pricing dependent on the size of the cellar (number of wines).


Wine inventory management system

  • Store and manage wines in your virtual cellar

  • Choose from 100,00+ wines from the Vinify database or add custom wines

  • Manage multiple locations in the cellar

  • Add your own buying prices, selling prices, notes, drinking window

Automatic wine lists

  • Create a PDF wine list based on the contents of your cellar with multiple sorting options

    • Customize with your own logo, font notes

  • Create and share a “live” wine list on the web with a unique URL. Visitors of this URL will see your wine list, and the list is automatically updated based on the inventory of your cellar

Claim a wine location

  • Control a “wine location” in the app and add your own picture and description

  • Show your wine list natively on the location, so users can browse and search your list. The wine list is synced with the inventory of your cellar

Show your availability on wine profiles

  • If you have claimed a wine location, we can show on each wine profile (of the wines in your cellar) that you have the wine on your wine list and available for purchase. This is synchronized with the inventory of your cellar automatically

Add-ons

Available individually or bundled for an additional cost.

Market value

  • For wines matched with the Liv-ex database, you are able to (subject to availability) see the Liv-ex market value/price of the wines in your cellar to help you set the right prices for individual wines and track the total value of the cellar

AdvanceD analytics

  • A work in progress, the advanced analytics feature of Vinify will allow users to more easily set prices, track sales and optimize the wine list, as well as aid in purchase and sales strategy

Point of sales (POS) Integration

  • Depending on the POS system of choice, Vinify might be integrated with your POS system in the restaurant

  • Inventory and pricing is managed in Vinify, and the wines are sent to the POS so they can be sold using the POS. The updated inventory count is sent back to Vinify and automatically updates the wine cellar inventory

  • A history of transactions is available in Vinify
